Hearing aids fitted to your own hearing test, not picked off a shelf.

Six manufacturers on the shelf, custom ear mold impressions taken in house, and a fitting built around your own results.

Chapter 01

Fitted to your loss, not picked off a shelf

A hearing aid is only as good as the fitting behind it. We start from your own hearing test, not a generic setting, so the device is programmed to the specific frequencies and volumes where your hearing actually falls short, rather than raising everything by the same amount. That's the difference between a hearing aid that sits in a drawer after a week and one that gets worn every day.

Part of that fitting is a custom ear mold impression, taken in house at the time of your appointment. It's a quick, comfortable process, and it means the piece that sits in or behind your ear is shaped to your ear, not to an average.

Why a cheap amplifier is not a hearing aid

Low cost sound amplifiers raise the volume of everything at once, your own voice, the refrigerator, the person next to you, and the person across the room, all together. They lack the technology to separate speech from background noise, which is the part most people are actually struggling with in the first place.

A professionally fitted hearing aid gives you clarity and comfort, not just volume. That's the whole reason a fitting appointment exists rather than a device you pick up and switch on yourself.

Chapter 03

Paying for them

We accept Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account funds, along with CareCredit, and we work with most insurance companies. Price matching is available if you've been quoted elsewhere.

None of that gets sorted out on the day of your free consultation. We talk through your results first, then your options, then the cost, in that order.
